Here is a brief description on how to make the most out of this download:
-find a quiet space where you know no one will disturb you (I have a client who takes a 5-minute break at work and goes to the loo to find her quiet time).
-sit comfortably with your back straight, shoulders relaxed.
-take a couple of deep breaths and enjoy.
